REFUND POLICY
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 All sales are final. Payments for food, beverages, and services at V’s Paradise are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
1.2 Refunds or adjustments may be considered only in cases of service errors, food quality issues, or management-approved circumstances.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
2.1 Standard Reservations
• Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a no-show fee or loss of any pre-paid deposits.
2.2 Large Party Bookings (6 or more guests)
• A deposit may be required to secure reservations for large groups or private dining events.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation.
2.3 Special Events & Private Dining
• Event bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
• Full payment may be required in advance for exclusive or high-demand events.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, but guests may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking.
3. Food & Beverage Purchases
3.1 Dine-In & Takeout Orders
• Refunds will not be provided for food or drink purchases once they have been prepared and served.
• If there is an issue with an order (incorrect item, food quality concerns, or allergies not accommodated), we will remake the order or offer a replacement at no extra charge.
3.2 Alcoholic Beverages
• Due to state regulations, we do not offer refunds on alcoholic beverages unless there is a verifiable issue with the drink itself.
4. Payment Disputes & Adjustments
4.1 Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
• If a customer is incorrectly charged for their meal or services, we will investigate the issue and provide a refund or adjustment if applicable.
• Proof of payment may be required for verification.
4.2 Gift Cards & Vouchers
• Gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
5. Event & Live Entertainment Refunds
5.1 Ticketed Events & Cover Charges
• Tickets purchased for special performances, DJ nights, or live entertainment are non-refundable.
• If an event is canceled by the restaurant, customers will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
6. Force Majeure & Unexpected Circumstances
6.1 Restaurant Closures & Service Interruptions
• If V’s Paradise is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of management.
