The Tomahawk requires time before it ever reaches the fire. To protect that preparation—and to present every cut at its best—we reserve only five experiences each Thursday. Advance reservations receive a special à la carte plating at $125. Walk-in guests may enjoy a Tomahawk at its regular menu price when available, or reserve the following Thursday at the à la carte price. The limit is deliberate: fewer cuts with greater care.
